Loh Sea Keong had a fantastic day today, making it in the long break with the likes of Agiano and Loddo.

The ten-man break had to work hard to stay in front of the main bunch; but made it in the end, with a 2:45 lead over the field. This gave enough time to make it a hard finale, with all riders trying to get away from quadriple stage winner Loddo of Selle Italia.

Loh made a few great moves in the finale, but missed the one that was deciding in the end. He finished 7th, with his parents (and all Malaysian media!) waiting behind the line.

20-year old Loh survived the 164(!) km break well and could do a good job in the finale, a great season could be coming for him.

Tomorrow Genting highlands (around 1600 meter altitude difference) is waiting for the riders. The team expects a good performance from Thijs Zonneveld...
